Regina is the stuff of greasy, garlicky dreams. I don't know if they still do it, but when I was a kid, they'd have bottles of olive oil with big chunks of garlic floating in it on the tables ... you know, just in case your pizza isn't greasy enough ...
If you're north of Beantown, there's a place in Melrose called Caruso's that's a close second to Regina's.
