Zip tie directly around the tube?

Factory ... I have Hose guides on the top tube of my Koga WTR, held with unique pieces, (of which I lost one-of 2)

So I retained it with pieces gaffers tape, + wrapped old inner tube over that..



rubber wrapped the studded tire bike top tube, too.. good its not cold steel when I lift it..
