Any of that for the duration of a 30 minute show would give you the minimum amount of exercise.

Add to that things like:

-- parking at the far end of the parking lot and walking to the store(s)
-- walking to any appointments, or to get groceries, or whatever, if those things are within a couple of kilometers
-- taking the stairs
-- going for a walk at lunch and/or coffee breaks

... and you can get another 30 minutes of exercise without too much effort.

What I hope is that exercise will become commonplace and normal.

It seems to me that a few people have looked at that 90 minutes a day and have assumed that is one complete 90 minute workout done all at once, but it doesn't have to be. As I mentioned above, you could break it up into bits and pieces throughout the day.

For example, I walk easily 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week to and from and between my classes (briskly and carrying a heavy backpack) ... and that's just simply transportation. I don't particularly think of it as exercise, but it is. Then a short one hour bicycle ride after class would give me my 90 minutes.

It really isn't all that overwhelming or time consuming if you break it down into more manageable pieces.
