Looks like early 1980's.

IIRC the full Galli road ensemble did not launch until 1978.

Unless you have short legs for your height it is likely too small.

Seller has it overvalued by a good bit; unlikely to sell at this price.

Size and presence of extension brake levers suggest it was a woman's cycle.

The Galli brake levers have the largest reach of any non-aero road levers I have found so they do not work well for the small handed (assuming they are Galli(!)).
