I think even in the rough shape you could go 250 or so CAD if you really like it considering you seem to understand that it will take a lot of work and money to bring this one nack to it's former glory as one of the nicest hard frame MTBS ever made, you probably not going to find another one in you lifetime. It is kinda sad how this one has been abused I would check the frame real close I see a lot of rust and the rear drive side dropout looks kinda rough might actual be bent slightly out of alignment and the eyelet looks to be stripped or drilled out.
