Which variety of Simplex dropout? If its the old style dropout with the unthreaded mounting hole and no stop tab on the hanger, that claw ought to work. If it's the new style Simplex dropout with a threaded hole and a stop tab on the hanger, the Cyclone derailleur should be able to mount directly to the dropout without a claw.
The seller’s pic shows that is it the unthreaded type with no stop tab, so if I go for this frame, it’s good to know the claw will work. Thanks, all!
