OK, serious now, if I was going to keep one, it would be the Tempo. Myself, I would sell both, and use the proceeds to move up a notch or two to either a Circuit or a Prologue (Prologue is my favorite of that era racing bike).
I plan to do a face-off later this year of my several duplicate style bikes, which tourer should I keep, which racing bike should I keep, etc. I used to do better at not having so much overlap. Its gotten a little out of control lately.....
