I've a Concord EyeQ 1.3MP. Fairly small, very light, gets a good runtime on 2 AA alcalines and can be fed lithiums for double the runtime, up to 2X electronic zoom, smart flash, can shoot video sans sound, has enough internal flash memory for 30+ high res shots and can be upgraded with a memory card. USB upload interface compatible with Macs and windows (with driver). Not a bad little cam, considering the less than $100 pricetag. It's not waterproof, but I've put it in a ziplock bag to protect it.
