I'm insulted.

That doesn't mean I'll make it happen....for this bike we'll focus a little bit on teaching the 3 year old how to actually ride. But I definitely designed a method of water squirting that could mount to the bike in my head.
Forget the riding, make it shoot water first He'll learn eventually but without fire fighting capabilities he could be in serious trouble.
