I append "Tandem" to the end of the ride name on Strava, and click the "hide from segment leaderboards" button; the latter in order to exclude my tandem rides from counting towards anything, since Strava still has no good way to account for tandem teams. I ("we")very quickly beat a lot of my solo segment times so it helps me to keep those times separate.
I know that some users go so far as to create a second Strava account with "tandem" in the name in order to keep those results separate from individual efforts.
