Hello, and welcome to the forums. The Strada LX was a model from the late '80s. The condition and location are the biggest factors. The cleaner you make the bike the more your likely to get, however if the bike has been sitting idle for maybe 20 some years it likely needs an overhaul to get fresh grease in the bearings.
Sight unseem for a Strada LX with Shimano Light Action derailleurs this might be $150-175 depending on how clean it is.
