That's from HED and (purportedly) those are measured, not estimated, tire profiles.
Maybe they mixed up the plaster casts, because it shows presumably the same (25mm) tire
1/8 bigger at lower pressure, and the 23 & 25mm almost identical size on the narrow rim.
