Hello everyone!

I am new on the forum! I am interested in 2 bikes at my local shop and not sure which size is better for me. I am 5'7" with a 30" inseam. Since I am new to the sport and looking for a bike that will last me awhile until I become more advanced I want to make sure I get the proper size!

Debating between these 2 bikes:
Trek Emonda ALR 4- 54cm
Trek 1.2 C H2- 52cm
