Bikes: old ones

.
...I looked in the bucket and found the Bayards I have here. They are a non standard threading, so unless you have both the spokes and the nipples in the correct matching gauges (14 or 15 are the common ones), they're gonna be difficult to sell. I have enough in the box I have here of 300mm ones to build one wheel, with the nipples that came with them, and they are stainless (the ones in my box), which is probably why I kept them.

At that length, since they're stainless, I could also opt to shorten and re-roll the threads on a machine over at the bike co-op, to make them fit DT nipples.

If your spokes are longer ones ( in the 300mm plus ranges), and made of stainless, rather than galvanized, you could probably sell them at a discount to someone with a similar machine for cutting and re-threading spokes. your Bayard nipples are only going to be of use to someone who has the spokes that match their threading already, and can't be re-threaded easily. I think.
