It's funny what you find when the old threads resurface... I didn't see this question when it was asked, sorry.

The couch is NOT a Stickley. Orignally it was a fold out loveseat sized bed with a spring box and feather tick mattress. It was in bad shape with an awful velvet re-do upholstery job. We took it to a local furniture maker in the early '90's who re-used the sides and built a knock-down version of a settle. I'm on the road right now, but when I'm home I'll take a picture of it.

That could be an even more obscure thread... "Let's see some Arts and Crafts Era Homes..."
