Cycle's bottom bracket fittings are likely REWAX MD. This maker also produced headsets and pedals.

Fixed cup in this photo is octagonal indicating it is Swiss thread.

Your fixed cup will have two flats as it is metric/french thread.



Cyclo of France chainwheels were frequently fitted by bicycle manufacturers to other makers crank arms. Here they are mounted on a set of NERVAR arms -
