I have both a set of 42cm and a set of 44cm SES aero bars. I definitely feel a little cramped on the 42cm even though that was theoretically the correct measurement. I'd go up a size from what you would normally buy in a regular set of bars. They are very nice; light, super stiff, and they look great.
