I can sympathize with those who have had rattle issues with their bikes. I have a rattle on mine but it is coming from the front spokes. I need to put some oil or grease where the spokes cross each other and hopefully that will quiet it down. Other than that I have almost 500 miles on my bike without any issues. For reference it is a 2018 roubaix comp disc.
I would start by checking tension on the spokes...they very well might need to be tightened up with the wheel is squishing enough to cause spokes to make noises.
