On a Troll I think the advantage with this one compared to the regular Logo is that you can run it on the bottom hole next to the axle and still have heaps of tyre clearance. It'll keep the panniers about as low as you'd want. On an Ogre you'd want to run it on the higher holes since it's short.
The other weird thing compared to most Tubus racks is that the stays are bolted to the rack at the pannier rail, not the top rail, must be some kind of thing to fit the OEM frame it was designed for. From an engineering point of view I reckon this is a plus as the stays are horizontal on my Troll, so there is no downward load component from rearward forces.
The upshot is if you want a cheap Tubus Rack for 27Eu with around 20Eu of fixed price shipping, go for it- but be warned, if you are anything like me, when you see the prices on that site you'll end up buying a whole lot more stuff than you thought!
