I've found my 35 year old handlebar bag but couldn't find the support hangers. I sure can use one of those. At Home Depot I purchased a metal rod but haven't gotten around to bending it into shape.

I hate the handlebar bags that are sold nowadays. It takes too much fingerwork to thread the straps through those buckles and the bag hangs too low. The bag rubs against the front wheel. I know if I buy and install front fenders that'll solve the problem. But I don't want to keep purchasing stuff for my 35 year old bike just to solve a previous problem.
