I believe your Tange fork is a cro-mo Tange 130. I have a hi-tensile fork with an identical looking pressed crown but I believe the cro-mo fork's crown was cast as yours seems to be. As well, as T-Mar pointed out, yours has blade reinforcements and my hi-tensile Tange fork does not. Finally, check fork weight. My hi-tensile fork for a 60 cm frame weighs 1 lb 14 oz and is catalogued as the Tange 230. The cro-mo forks weighed in at around 1 lb 8 to 1 lb 10 oz.
