Only if you want to spend lots of money for no good reason. Ceramic ball bearings might give you 0.0001% improvement, but that's about the same as riding with a clean-shaven face vs. a five o'clock shadow.
As above, standard ball bearings will do the same job and you can buy them at any bearing supply.
