Hi Folks, I'm currently changing a 2000's Bianchi to a flat bar setup. I've got Veloce 2/3x10 FB shifters and a Chorus FB front mech. Rear mech shifting is OK, but the front is wrong. The shifter has only 3 clicks in total. It looks like I am supposed to set it up so that the middle click is used as a trimming position for small chainring / small sprockets and large chainring / large sprockets but really the whole thing just moves too far, like the ratio is wrong. The shifter pulls about 17.5mm of cable in total. Anyone had experience setting these up?
