You might get lucky and find stuff that fits and good for you but I like to try clothes on and support local business. I am a cheap Jew but I also value my local shops and the fine people that work there and being someone who works at a shop as well I appreciate the business as I work hard to be the best damn employee I can be. I don't play the B.S. game, I appreciate honest sales and keeping my customers happy as much of the time as possible and working with them as long as it takes to get a killer set up!
I usually spent north of $500 a year and spent almost $1500 just on gear this winter/spring at my LBS but I just could not shell out to replace my worn out kit. I did order jersey/bibs from my LBS that are shop branded which will come in in a couple weeks now but also bought 2 sets of kit from ALI. I just wont wear them on group rides
