Generally if you have broken 2 or more spokes it is just a sign the wheel is going to continue failing. I would not waste my time and money replacing spokes on that wheel. You could try building up the hub in a new rim with new spokes or just buy a new wheel. After 25,000K it just isn't worth it to try and continue getting the wheel to work. It would not be fun to have a wheel failure screaming down a hill.
