Looks just like a 1973-74 Windsor Carrera Sport I owned.

Do you understand the difference between the Semi Pro and the Carrera Sport? Or was there a different nomenclature for them when badged Carabela vs Windsor?

wrt dating - you should be able to get a date code from the backside of the Maxy crank arms.
