Not a cycling specific jacket but took a chance because it was under $20 shipped, nice and long in the sleeves so it doesn't ride up my wrists and has inner stretchy cuffs to keep wind out... tail is long as well. fairly thick compared to some of my cycle specific jackets but light enough and flexible, good around 45-55 degrees or so.
