Although black chainrings would just look wrong here, I could get away with adding black brake levers. The really important part is the chrome top tube cable clips, then the chrome saddle rails/rivets, then the polished stainless steel fenders; in that order.

Black fenders would look right at home on that bike - the black chain guard cries out for them. White paint on the tip of the rear fender, of course -- would perfectly complement the white panel on the seat tube.
