Only time I dealt with Bikeflights was when Tom Petch shipped his Pinarello to me across the continent from Toronto to NY to SF bay area.
Bike came in on schedule and in perfect condition!
Not sure how much Bikeflights gets involved with getting it through customs, but my Pin came through the border with no hitches/delays.
Will not hesitate going through them again, the next time I buy a bike from far away/abroad.
