Either way, effectively same as. You deal with them directly and exclusively, it was seamless, quick and pretty much perfect considering Fedex is the one who can't do their job without manhandling everything they touch, anything they touch is lucky to come through unscathed especially when its a big unruly bike box that is so hard to handle.
