Thanks for pointing me to an interesting article from a magazine I trust for its stretching the limits. As a diabetic that has to inject insulin daily I have embarked on an aggressive schedule of indoor training and Portion controlled meals. Weight loss, lower resting heart rate and a general feeling of wellness have come easier than I expected and with less work. Not sure if it will lead to longevity but it sure has brightened my outlook daily. The exercise literally clears the cobwebs in my head and I find I like reading and listening to classical music more.
