"All users: Keep right except to pass" and "Pedestrians - Stay to the right side of the trail except when otherwise designated" pretty well covers the situation. Walking several abreast, blocking the path is NOT keeping right.

It is clear that you did not even open the link, as the link shows markings painted on the path and not signs. You had stated your Seattle MUPs had no divider lines. Yet your state has a standard for MUPs.
And yet you have claimed you have better reading comprehension than 99% of the rest of the world. Your post do not show it.
