welcome to the forum. Thank you for posting information about your bicycle.

I am not sure that the bicycle is a Nishiki. The Nishiki decal is unlike anything that I have seen from the Nishiki brand.

The serial number is the format of a Danish Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). "WAK" is associated with the Centurion brand name in Europe. The "J" the end is for the year 1993.

All the same it is a good looking touring bike frame.
