I just got a hi-viz jacket (it comes in 4 colors) on Amazon, and I love it. Not quite a loose fit, it's a little snug around my gut (working on it) but not too-form fitting. The brand is Arsuxeo, one of the Asian brands, and it's inexpensive but pretty good quality. I reviewed it recently as Wilhelm, but here's the short version- I'm 6'1", short torso, long arms, 225lbs. 44L sport coat, 35 sleeve, 38 waist, bit of a gut. 2XL fits me quite well, will be even better as my weight drops.
