Yes, if I ride somewhere, I do keep them on when I go into a store or cafe or wherever.
(I do sometimes bring those long baggy-ish shorts/swim shorts that roll up and fit in a jersey pocket.)

++1,,, How hard is that?? Baggy shorts rolled up.... Great. That's what I do and I'm most-def not physically challenged. My 'manliness' just does not need advertisement. Shoot most people know what 8" is .
