I have Sora derailleurs on the bike in question, so i need Sora equipment, not Sram. So you have road brakes on a flat bar ???

I may I have misunderstood you, but I thought I detected a little reluctance on your part to go to Asia for the 3500 levers. I suggested the Sram flat bar levers as a possible alternative. They work great with Sora brakes, and I got them from a US based Ebay seller. If that doesn't make sense, just disregard. I have a head cold today and realize I am out of sync with the rest of the world.

I built a flat bar road bike with 1x11 Shimano XT gearing and put Sram flat bar road levers and road brakes on it.
