That shows to be sold out but I am now in search of same! I have an early 70's Motobecane Grand Jubilee that I have installed a claw mount with a washer on the derailleur bolt with an RX100 or 105 derailleur ( I can't remember ). It is maxed out on limit screws and ugly as sin but it works.
