Another 1973 Grand Sports

Seeing that this thread had a debate about the year based on serial number stamping and dropouts, I wondered how you all might interpret this Grand Sports that I picked up a few days ago. I do not have a derailleur hanger but I do have a S/N on the non-drive dropout. There is an interesting "73" stamped on the top of the seat tube though.

I rode the bike for roughly 30 miles this weekend, found the Simplex FD failed due to the classic crack in Delran. The bars are the original Randonneur shape but really narrow for me as I typically use a Nitto Classic 44.

I also need a good solution for a water bottle. The paint is quite good, so I don't see me adding braze one bottle holders. I have used the strap on bottle holders before, but had typically found steel looking vintage in the TA style, but would love to find a TA looking aluminum model.
