Looks like a mid level race bike dating to the later 1980s (around 1988-1990 is my best guess). I think you probably have a first generation campagnolo athena group that is unfortunately quite corroded. Components could be polished and are likely still functional. You'll need to fully overhaul it. It is highly unlikely that the chrome is salvageable and the value of this bike as it sits is very low. If you own it, want to ride it, and want to learn about bike repair it is a great candidate for you to learn on as it will need a complete tare down. The frame should be sanded in the rusty areas and assessed for integrity.
