Actually, I didn't get the point of this video. It didn't show the actual crash, nor the ultimate resolution; only the confused immediate aftermath, as far as I could tell.
The main point was that the path was not yet a MUP, it is strictly a bike path.
I am sure that in the future, if not already done, as the video is a touch old, the bike path will be called a MUP.
