awww poor kid. regardless of the circumstances, as a parent that's very sad.
I am sad for the kid as well, but the entire path is a bike path and the parents should not have had their kid on the bike path, yet the parents are completely blaming the cyclist.
Goes to my prior post of how we lost our bike paths to become MUPs.
