Here it is I got the crud off, M297051.
And a few more of it cleaned up a tad. It came apart no issues, seatpost, gooseneck, brakes all good. The cranks on the drive side needed a cheater on the end of the allened one key release helped it break free. The bb itself was rigged with an Italian Campy spindle, funny. Not funny, the cranks are questionable.the brake levers have seen better days.
The alloys seam to be cleaning up well very crusty spots, I don't think its all going to buff but it should be good.

I've lusted after a Team or Professional with the splined triple butted tubing (a bit later than yours).
I've seen this color scheme on Koga-Miyatas. Is there a difference other than the labeling between something labeled Koga-Miyata and something just labeled Miyata? Koga Miyata was a dutch/japanese collaboration if memory serves.
