Comes in black and khaki ~$20 at Wal-mart.

They have a cargo version with knee pockets, in black, tan and grey for a few bucks more, but it's a cotton blend fabric, that's too stiff and too hot for more than causal rides.
I have two pairs of those SwissGear. I'm not a huge fan of buying clothes from Walmart (I find I have trouble with Walmart clothes wearing out faster, but that's just me), but I was in looking for some casual pants to wear when riding around town and was initially looking at the Dickies flex, but they didn't have my size, saw the SwissTech and took a chance, so far they've seemed pretty good. Not the nicest pants I've ever owned but decent for riding and for the price, even survived my falling off the bike without any noticeable damage while the jacket, gloves, and shoes I was wearing all show a bit of wear from it, and I did scrape up my knee so I know the pants actually took some of the fall.
