anyhow, back to your question.
My experience is that the smaller diameter will
give more "resistance" without the mag/fluid unit.
Yes the feel will be similiar, but my experience is that
you will ramp up the speed quicker without the resistance
units.
I believe that Kreitler explains it better on their
web site (haven't been there for a while).
