Hi GLJo, yes, I'm very excited! I received the bike yesterday, put the box in the car and immediately drove down to the bike shop to have them fully inspect it and tune it. The very knowledgeable bike shop guy said "Oh, you're gonna like that bike!" I can't wait to try it out. I'm shopping for a good flat pedal now.
Anyone know where I can find rubber-soled shoes for flat pedals that come with wide widths? I always have a problem finding shoes that fit. My running shoe is a 12.5 EE. Fits like a glove. I also have a great pair of clipless shoes from Lake, wide size, that also fit like they were custom made for me. Took weeks to find them! I can't find any rubber-soled flat-pedal shoes in wide widths.
