Yes coming from the airport, you could have made a left or a right. Left takes you to Coraopolis which connects to Neville Island. It is all flat all the way to Pittsburgh. If you cross the Mckess Rocks Bridge (which I recommend) there is a slight incline. A bit longer that way but flat.

Make a right from the airport and you connect to the GAP. Same terrain as the GAP just a little more compressed.


My hill (Beaver Grade Road) which you likely climbed and Stueben St ar no big deal IMHO. But I am used to it.
