I'm sorry I can't answer your specific question, but have you tried using the search facility with 'trainer', etc.

I started a thread asking about trainers, and it was suggested to me that I check back using the search facility as there are a number of threads dealing with similiar issues.

By the way, what kind of bike do you ride. Only asking since I'm probably going to get a trainer before this winter and was wondering if they are suitable for a mtb.
