Thank you everyone for the information on my bike! I did purchase the bike as a complete bike, I realized after I had posted the picture, it was just of the frame and forks. I have since replaced the tires, tubes and changed the seat. Trued the rims, repacked the bearings, repacked the bottom bracket bearings (my first time on a cotter crank). Wire wheeled and polished the Brakes, and crankset. I still have a bit to do, but its a fun project!
