Yes, but what was Pacenti's advice? The really weird thing about this is that spoke tension varies a lot, depending on what tire is mounted. Some tires must have much lower stretch belting than others. I'd just never noticed it until I mounted the PZeros.

I think the max tension rating for the Kinlins is 125 kgf, but since I have almost symmetrical hubs, I use 110, now with tires mounted.
The constricting force of a tire is largely dependent on its cord angles. Perhaps the PZeros have a different angle than your other tires.
