Yes, but what was Pacenti's advice? The really weird thing about this is that spoke tension varies a lot, depending on what tire is mounted. Some tires must have much lower stretch belting than others. I'd just never noticed it until I mounted the PZeros.
I think the max tension rating for the Kinlins is 125 kgf, but since I have almost symmetrical hubs, I use 110, now with tires mounted.
The Pacenti spoke tension max is for built wheels with no tire installed. And he suggests building to 110 or so, as well.
Were the PZeros a tight fit? People are noticing a lot of spoke tension drop with some of the new tubeless rims and tires, since the tire bead compresses the rim so much. My SL23s drop about two marks on the Park TM-1 once the tire is on and inflated, and I've heard of some really crazy drops on the lightest rims out there.
